Refund and Returns Policy
Contact DIESEL IZUMI before sending any item back. Authorized returns are sent to Guangzhou, China. The exact approved return address is provided after the request and order details are reviewed.
90-Day Return Period
Eligible unused, uninstalled, clean, complete parts in resalable condition may be requested for return within 90 days after delivery. Packaging, labels, accessories, and documents should be included when available. Every return remains subject to inspection and approval.
Restricted Returns
Installed, used, damaged, contaminated, altered, custom, special-order, or non-standard parts may not qualify for return unless approved in writing. Items damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, or improper storage are not eligible.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping and related costs when the return is caused by an ordering error, incorrect fitment information supplied by the customer, or change of mind. DIESEL IZUMI is responsible for return shipping when an approved return is caused by a quality problem or the wrong item being shipped.
Refund Timing
After a return is received, DIESEL IZUMI will inspect it and notify the customer of the review result within 3 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
After the refund is initiated, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider. Cross-border bank transfers may take longer. Shipping fees, customs fees, payment fees, and handling costs may be deducted where applicable unless the issue was caused by DIESEL IZUMI.
