Personal Points Rules

- Earning: Earn points back on the product price / order subtotal at your level rate: V0 2%, V1 2%, V2 3%, V3 4%, V4 5%.
- Redemption: Every 100 points = $1. Redeem points on your next order.
- Maximum deduction: A single order can use points for a maximum deduction of 5% of the order amount.
- Arrival: Points are pending after payment and become available after the order ships.
- Validity: Points earned in the current year expire on Dec 31 of the same year.
- Returns: If an order is returned, issued points are deducted proportionally to the return. Points used in the order are returned proportionally. The points-deduction portion is not refunded as cash.
- Stacking: Points cannot stack with the PRO discount. Points cannot stack with the first-order $8 coupon.
- Switching: Personal can switch to PRO, but conversion is irreversible and original points become void after conversion.

PRO Tier Rules
- Fixed rates: Each tier has one fixed discount rate — 3%, 6%, 9% or 10% OFF. No ranges.
- Discount basis: Discount is based on product price only. Tax and shipping are excluded.
- Tier determination: Your tier is determined by historical qualified consumption (cumulative).
- Excluded orders: Cancelled and returned orders do not count toward your tier.
- Stacking: PRO discount and points cannot stack. PRO discount cannot stack with the first-order $8 coupon.
How to Apply for a PRO / Business Account
- Who can apply: Business buyers — companies, repair shops, fleet operators and distributors who purchase in bulk or regularly.
- How to apply: Use the separate "Apply for Business Account" entry. Self-service registration with company info — company name and business type: Procurement for self-use OR Distribution for resale.
- Review: No approval needed. Your account activates immediately after registration.
- Accuracy: You must provide true and accurate company information. The site may verify information and suspend fraudulent accounts.
- Switching: Personal members can switch to PRO, but conversion is irreversible — you cannot switch back. After conversion, your original points become void.
