Eligible unused, uninstalled, complete parts in their original packaging may be requested for return within 90 days after delivery. Contact support before sending anything back. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping for ordering errors or change of mind; DIESEL IZUMI is responsible when an approved return is due to a quality problem or wrong item shipped.
Returns Checklist
We only accept returns for items that are:
Brand New: Unused and never installed on any engine.
Original Pack: In the original, clean box with all brand labels.
Complete: Including all small components or O-rings provided.
Verified: Accompanied by an official proof of purchase.
Note: Parts showing signs of installation or grease are not eligible for return.
After a return is received, we inspect it and notify you of the review result within 3 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
