Please contact DIESEL IZUMI before returning any item. Our support team will review the request, confirm eligibility, and provide return instructions when applicable.

Order and Shipping Support

Processing and delivery time may vary by product availability, destination, carrier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and any required import information.

Shipping charges, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, remote-area fees, and customs-related costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.

Return Request Review

Return requests are reviewed case by case. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and returned with suitable packaging and proof of purchase when a return is approved.

Parts ordered incorrectly, parts no longer needed, installed parts, damaged packaging, missing components, electrical items, customized items, and special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Refund Review

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The final refund amount may depend on item condition, shipping status, carrier charges, and any agreed handling costs.
